Bringing over 33 years of invaluable experience in the maritime industry, Dr. Henesey has held roles with esteemed organizations such as Evergreen, Bank America, Marcura, Seatrade Reefer, Deutsche Post (DHL), DP World, and currently serves as the Commercial Director at Akquinet Port Consulting Group.
Concurrently, Dr. Henesey holds the position of Assistant Professor in Computer Science – A.I. at Sweden’s Bleking Institute of Technology, focusing on the Simulation of Distributed Artificial Intelligence (Multi-Agents and ML). His expertise is underscored by an extensive publication record, with over 150 books and articles authored.
Actively contributing to over 12 EU-funded projects, Dr. Henesey collaborates with international organizations, governments, and container terminal operators, highlighting his unwavering commitment to advancing technology in global port operations.
